To unlock the "Game Complete" achievement you will need to collect the 4 Crystal Eyes, 12 Elixirs of Life, and 100 Elemental Fruits.

The 4 Crystal Eyes will give Kameo and the Elemental Warriors special abilities when equipped.

The Elixirs of Life with increase the life meter of Kameo and the Elemental Warriors.

The Elemental Fruits will allow you to upgrade the abilities of each Elemental Warrior thereby allowing you to use their advanced abilities. Oddly enough, you only need 80 fruits to fully upgrade all warriors and will be left with 20 fruits of which you can do nothing with.
